The Primal Edge Presents
THE HUMAN

RESET

A one-day mountain
reset for teams.
Designed to reset focus, strengthen connection, and bring fresh energy back into the workplace..
They’re built under pressure.
When communication matters.
When comfort is removed.
When people have to rely on each other.
Most teams never get to see how they really operate, only how they behave in meetings, emails, and deadlines.
This day changes that.
The Human Reset is a one-day immersive team experience in the Lake District designed to strengthen trust, improve communication, and create teams that work seamlessly together, because they understand themselves and each other at a deeper level.
RETURN TO WHAT IS REAL..
WHERE REAL TEAMS
ARE MADE
When you remove people from their usual environment, titles fade.
There’s no desk to hide behind.
No inbox to control the pace.
No meeting agenda to follow.
In the mountains, people reveal how
they truly operate.
How they handle pressure.
How they communicate when it matters.
How they lead, follow, support, and decide when comfort is removed.
This isn’t theory.
It’s real behaviour, in real conditions and
that’s why it sticks.

This isn’t a day out.
It’s a shared experience that changes how teams work together.
Through challenge, movement, and guided reflection, teams develop:
• Stronger trust and connection
• Clearer, more direct communication
• Natural leadership awareness
• Greater resilience and ownership
• A deeper understanding of how they operate under pressure
The experience includes a guided mountain challenge, bushcraft-based team tasks, problem-solving under physical and mental load, optional cold water immersion, and facilitated conversations focused on behaviour... not theory.
Teams return aligned, grounded, and more effective, because they now know how to operate when it counts.

What the day involves:
This is a real day in the mountains.
We’ll be:
• Hiking for most of the day
• Climbing a small mountain (around 650m)
• Moving at a steady, manageable pace.
• A Cold water reset you never forget.
• Stopping regularly to breathe, reflect, and take things in.
You don’t need to be super fit.
But you do need a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to walk uphill for several hours.
This isn’t about speed or ego.
It’s about showing up and doing something real.
THE HUMAN RESET
One Team. One day. One decision.
Do something real.
