This isn’t a workshop.

It isn’t a motivational talk.

It’s a full weekend outdoors in the Lake District designed to reset your nervous system, sharpen your focus, and help you reconnect with the direction you want your life to move in.

We meet early.

We move all weekend.

What the day involves:

This is a real adventure in the mountains.


We’ll be:


• Hiking for most of the time


• Climbing a mountains


• Moving at a steady, manageable pace. 

• A Cold water reset you never forget. 

• Stopping regularly to breathe, reflect, and take things in. 


You don’t need to be super fit.

But you do need a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to walk uphill for several hours at a time.


This isn’t about speed or ego.

It’s about showing up and doing something real.
